oil cooler trouble

so im leaking oil, on the ground, thus far no coolant oil intermixing. i have a rebuild kit, when i went to take the upper bolt off the front it rounded off. the bolts are corroded. i can get to all the others with vice grips or something, but the top one? any thoughts? am i going to have to pull teh entire bracket that hods the ac condensor, power sterring, etc?

Mine just went out on me back in the spring, I had someone repair it for me though...

I noticed in your sig you have a gear reduction starter... I'm about to buck up and get one of these since I've gone through 4 or 5 autozone rebuilds since I've owned the truck. I'm just wondering how it performs and how you like it. I found them online for about $120 shipped.

Good luck with the oil cooler.

Can you get at it with a Dremel tool or an air grinder and cut/grind the head off?
