How long should it take a 95 7.3 to start after mechanical fuel pump change?

I put a new fuel pump on my 95 and it won't start and everything is hooked up right any ideas?

did you fill the bowl manually? should help. no idea on how long though...

Fill bowl and crank...30 seconds crank, 2 minutes sitting time to let starter cool.
