I need some help Finding a thread

First of all I searched it and I couldn't find it. I'm looking for a zf5 rebuild write -up. I don't remember much about it. I do remember that you had to download it in PDF. And something about the zf5 guy from tuscon talking about the only special tools you need to do it is a piece of concrete to bang the gears off. Thanks for the help guys

HUH???? I've disassembled and reassembled a ZF5. Anybody that tells you all you need is a piece of concrete to "bang the gears off" should use same portion of concrete against their cranium.

thats just what i remember from the post. Any help with finding a rebuild guide would be greatly appreciated
