How many miles on a factory transmission?

I just bought a 96 PSD and it has 152K with the original trans. It has been very well maintained as I have the service records since new. It is the Automatic, How many miles did everyone get out of there original transmissions?

It's hit and miss at best, some have went 300k, then some go at 150k. I personally have 228k on my stocker but it's burnt up and on the way out. Just keep and eye on the fluid and the temps and you should make it to atleast 200k no problem. Also iirc the stock torque converter is the weak link so it may not be a bad idea to get a new one and maybe a valve body.

275k and still countin on mine, but i do have the zf-5. Quality lubricants make a difference though. my father has 28x,000 miles on his and it shifts like brand new still.
