Banks power pack problem

I installed the Banks power pack on my 97 and I love it except that my AC won't work unless driving, and I over heat when towing. Are there any heavy duty or after market radiators for the 97?

i am looking at the power pack for my 97. Hate that you are having problems. How much better is it than stock? I pull a fifth wheel and am looking for more power. Did you put the kit on yourself? How many miles on your truck. Did you buy the kit from Banks or somewhere else?

Check your radiator and intercooler fins. Mine were packed full of mud, so there was no cooling going on. It also prevented my ac from working properly after the truck warmed up.
