4x4 10ft flat bed

hey guys i have a 95 7.3l f superduty its a reg. cab w/ a 10ft flat bed its 10 lug and 2wd but im wanting to do a 4wd conversion . even though its 2wd being a f450 its solid axle in the front end , it has a drop axle like what ud see in a semi so because its leaf spring im thinking that a dana 60 would bolt up with minimum fab. but i got a few questions to ask before i go rippin the front end out of my truck i think im gunna go with a dana 60 because that seems like what everybodys using in these obs's to make them 4wd i need to no whats the diffrence betweem kingpin and balljoint front ends ???
which do i need to do the conversion ???
will it bolt right up or am i gunna have to break out the cuttin torch ???
have any of u ever done a swap like this ???
now i knw some of u r prolly sayin "y not just buy a 4wd obs" well because 1 i dont have the money to buy another truck and 2 how many 10ft flat beds do u see on 35's ... i dont have any pics of my truck right at the moment but heres somethin to give u an idea of what it looks like .......
