Plow Wiring

I just picked up a western unimount plow for my 97 F250HD powerstroke and Im going to be swapping it over from another truck My question is are the harness' plug and play? as in can it be unplugged from one truck and plugged into another?

What did it come off of? For the most part they are plug and play. The only issue I ever ran into was with the headlamps. I had someone take a plow off an 2000 F250 and put it on his 88 F150. Everything plugged in, but the plow headlamps didn't work correctly because the terminals were switched around between the 2 years.
