i blled the hell out of my brakes and every once in a while i hit the padel and there is hard like there in no booster assist, i checked my vac pump and it works very good , i was told that when you pull off the the main line on the manifold on he inner fender the pump will get very loud. but im kinda thanking its a master cly or booster

If there is a vacuum pump issue, it would most likely cause the "brake" warning light to come on. To truly rule it out you'd almost need to connect a vacuum gauge to make sure it's really sucking. One thing I found from experience is if the truck has a leaky booster you will feel the pedal pushing harder and harder against your foot after you shut the truck off.

When I had my 95 it did that. Put a new booster on and fixed the problem.

how much is a booster and its only like two bolts to get off i think it should bolt to the master and then to studs on the firewall

I'm pretty sure it was $100 or less. Not hard to do at all. Have do disconnect a linkage from inside also.
