Upgrades for 1995 F350

I have purchased a 1995 F350 Crew Cab Long Bed (7.3L of course) and I am making the following upgrades:

1) Added a Edge Evolution CTS chip / gauge unit

2) Straight pipped the exhast.(already had a 4 inch down pipe on the manifold)

3) Added Ford AirDog II DF-130/75 with built in adjustable regulator from 45-75 psi, 130 gph

4) Installed a S&B AIR FILTER KIT

5) Completely by passed the ERG system

What else would someone recommend that I could do to improve the performance of my truck?

Not sure how the new Edge CTS is, but the old stuff doesn't have a real good reputation. A custom burned chip (Total Diesel Performance, aka TW, DP Tuner, Bean's, Swamps, etc) will make more/better power than the Edge tuners of old. Aside from that, look into HPOP and injector upgrades for more power. If you go real big on the injectors then you'll need fuel system mods and a bigger turbo to keep up.

1. the cts can be custom tuned for u and if u dont it will be pretty much pointless for the fuel syatem, php will do it. powerhungryperformance.com. if not get a normal custom chip like stated above.
2.they dont make a 4" down pipe and its pretty muck impossible to get one to fit.
3.the fuel should be last but if u have the money go for it. but the fuel with stock injectors wont do anything.
4.good
5. i dont think we really have a EGR

what u want to do is intake, exhaust, gauges, chip, hpop,(17*, modded 17*, or adrenaline) injectors(stage 2 or 3 if u have the fuel system, i think if u got stage ones the fuel again wouldnt really be worth it, would be cause u will have electric fuel instead of mechanical. turbo.......anything bigger than stage ones the turbo wont keep up, the d66 will work pretty good for mild power with stage 2s i have heard, but a H2e or modded H2e would be best......its alot of money to get alot of power out of these. and with just a cts u wont get to far at all......

hopefully mattp still goes on this forum, he knows alot about pumping these obs's up

1997 f250 HD ex cab sb with southbend 450hp singlemass clutch, 6" lift with 35"s, 3 1/2"down pipe with straight pipe, afe stage 2 intake, tw chip, ccv mod, 17* hpop, 120v idm, vegistroke system V3. (AKA electric fuel for diesel and veg side)
UPCOMMING MODS:diy fuel bowl delete, fass pump for diesel side, stage 2's, d66 turbo or modded h2e

oh ya and if u have an auto u will need alot of work done to it for all the power, even with just a chip the stock tranny will go out. if u have a manual, a single mass flywheel and clutch is best

assuming that he ment EGR. then yes fenker you are correct obs's do not have them. i beleive they were not until the 6.0 but not possitive on that.

i beleive the ccv mod is to just eliminate the oily mess in the intake tube.
