Black Smoke

the chip i have in now,(no clue what it is) puffs out the black smoke for a long time, but its not a very thick cloud. i mean its black, but not extremely. my grandpas truck has a western diesel chip in it and it has a muffler and a cat and it throws the black smoke out thick, but only in small bursts. i am going to buy a TS 6 position, and am wonderin if it makes really good smoke cause i really love to let that smoke pour out!

I'm sure you know, but it's not good to pour the smoke out, for the most part anyway. I have heard bad things about the western diesel chip, I'm sure it is the western diesel chip, probably why your grandpas chip smokes more is cuz it is running in the danger zone?? Good luck with your search

I had a TS on my 2000. Pretty good starter Chip. The 75 and lower would do more like what you are talking about. The 100 and 140 would pour it out. It was lots of fun. I think you would be happy with it. Just be sure and have some guages so yo dont get things too hot. Intake and exhaust are nice too.

Puring out smoke is not that big of a deal. It just fills up those ricers with them punks drivers faster.

Don't get me wrong, I smoke every chance I get as well. Just wanted to be sure that the OP knew that it could be dangerous if not monitored. If it's smokin that ricers chokin!
