Got My Truck Back

I got my truck back today right before work with the 900.00 bill for it. Had to get a new PCM, Fuel Filter, and glow plug relay and labor but I heard it run after a week and half it felt so nice to be driving it again

Good deal

What was it doing that required a PCM replacement?

Did you take it to a dealer or a diesel specialty place?
trying to figure out what to do to mine now

It wouldnt run it would just crank and they hooked it up to a computer machine and it was doing a bunch of weird things and then the dealer said it was that and they replaced that and the glow plug relay and she runs great now no problems

Having trouble starting, smokes on start up ( I assume fuel smoke) the throttle/turbo is not very responsive, and it has RPM stall at 2500rpm if i mash it from idle in nuetral (It does rev to 3500, it just stalls for a second at 2500)

But, it still pulls down 15mpg average no sweat with 4:10 gears, runs great on the highway, and pulls up through the gears decently once your well into the throttle with the turbo spooled up

I'm having a diesel guy check it all out on a computer thursday, but i figured i'd pick anyones brain i could that might be having the same kind of problem
