Have you checked the ball joints? Just need to jack it up and put a bar under the wheel and put some pressure on the wheel then wiggle the bar side to side and see if there is some loose. You can also have somebody move the steering and watch underneath for loose in the tierod ends and pitman arm.
Its most likely something in the suspension.
