96 psd won't start when damp out

had a 6 pos ts chip installed, since then if it's raining or high humidity it won't start. wait to start light does not come on and even if it's warm out does nor even attempt to start. any ideas? any help appreciated.

Have you tried removing the chip to see if it helps?

A buddy of mine had this problem when he ran his windshield wipers. It was a bad cps.

i just had this same exact problem! and i took the chip out and everything was fine. I just fixed this problem yesterday lol
