I reomved the EBPV myself a few months ago. the only hard part was getting the turbo off of the truck. after that it was pretty simple. let me know if you need any help. I don't know but you might try a Ford dealer for the delete?

there are only three 8mm bolts that hold the turbo outlet pipe onto the turbo. this is where the EBPV is. when i did the ebpv on my turck i already had the entire motor out of the truck anyways so i couldnt tell ya how hard it was to take off with the motor inside the truck. easy as pie to do tho just be sure to unplug the ebpv actuaot plug so it doesnt try and actuate it without it there. just a suggestion but since your gonna have a hole there to fill up anyways i put my EGT gauge probe into the hole that the ebpv was but thats just me i thought id take advantage of an open hole.

You can remove the EBPV without removing the turbo. Just have an assortment of 8mm 12 point wrenches and a wretcheting wrench is handy also. I actually find it easier to remove the valve before removing the turbo.
