Might be buying a truck!!

So I have been looking for a 7.3 project truck for quite a while now, and I may have found the one I want. It is a 95 7.3 4x4 Ex cab, long bed, clean.

THE BAD; The motor is mixing coolant and oil. It is putting oil into the coolant, AND putting coolant into the oil. How likely is the problem going to be the oil cooler? I think I can get the truck for $1500-$2000. But it will be a bit of a gamble. What would you guys guess I have repaired oil coolers, but usually they just mix oil into the coolant because the oil pressure is higher. Right? Thanks.

its probably either that or possibly injector cups, both which arent that pad to replace with proper tools
