SD electric fuel system on an OBS

ya i was just trying to find out wat all i need like a the pump and the two fuel housing up top? wat elce

here is a partial overview of my upcoming project:

1. Remove FB
2. remove mechanical pump
3. New FPR with a re-routed return
4. Electric pump
5. spin on filter

Process: tank > filter > pump > split behind the motor > into heads > out of heads and join to common > FPR and return.

i took a brief look at the PSN link, it will end up looking somewhat like that.

edit: not that i take the time to read the PSN thread, that looks almost exactly what im going to do. very nice thread!

youll need the pump, wiring harness, FPR and any potential lines for your setup. when i say that look things over in your truck and see hwo your goign to plumb the new pump. then youll have an idea what you'll need for lines.

At what point in converting in converting to electric fuel, injectors, etc. etc. should you do the 17* HPOP SD upgrade? Also if the SD pump is mounted above the tanks say 12-18", will think affect the pump performance, life, etc. ? Thanks ahead of time!

general consensus is more with injectors than pump. its reccomended with stage ones to use them to their full potential but pretty much required for stage II's. i would think it would hurt the pump too much, IMO, i would just put it in the framerail.
