Batteries

My batteries are starting to get weak. They are Interstate batteries that are about 6 years according to the date scratched into the top of the batt.

I was at tractor supply the other day, and they have an Exide Battery HP31E that has 925 CCA and 1050 CA.

I was at Napa tonight their Napa battery (made by Deka) is 880 CCA and 1040 CA.

Both batteries are around $80-$90... Im not sure about the Exide, but the Napa Batt has a 84 month warranty.

What are your opinions on Exide vs. Deka??

I've had Deka and had good service from them. Got Interstate now and had to replace one not long after they were put on, now the other one is getting weak. When these are dead, it will be Deka from then on.

I put in exide last year because my buddy manages a local parts store and got them to me for 40 a piece. But they crank up real fast and i like them so far, with a 72 month free replacement btw...
