RSK install

I am thinking of the 3" RSK using sd springs. I have two questions.

1. How much more will it lift my truck? I have a D60 and F350 springs in it now and run 305's(I want to run 315's).

2. With the SD springs I think you have to move the bumper. Will it be 2" forward on the truck? How did others do this? Anyone have pics of how they mounted the front bumper after?
