cc lb centurion?

ive read that the only way to get a cc lb dually 4X4 obs is to find a centurion converted truck. How common are these and to what areas of the country?

ive never heard this, but its really not that hard to convert to dually in my own opinion. they might be rare but im pretty sure they made them, might be wrong. ive got an ext cab 4x4 dually thats a centurion but ive seen more that arent centurions in 4x4

im thinking ill just go with a crew cab srw and convert it over sometime. i want the new axles anyway at some point, so its just killing two birds with one stone right?
has anyone found a way to put the axles from the late model trucks in? Like a 2006 f-450 for example. We have on at my school (uti, i know the jokes lol), and even in 4wd it doesnt bind or hop when turning on dry pavement, something about the front axles unlock when it senses the torsion in the axles when you do that? Correct me if im wrong, im always happy to learn as is everyone else im sure
