slow returning brake pedal

just recently, i have been having issues where sometimes i will push the brakes to stop, and the pedal to stop, and i take my foot of, and its a very slow return. i can pull it back up with my toe.

if i pump up the brakes while sitting still about 4 or 5 times the Brake light on the dash comes on then turns off real quick, and the problem with the slow return goes away.

i just replaced the rear brake line about a month ago, and topped off the system ,and bled the rears.

also, i think my front calipers are frozen, the wear difference from inside to outside front discs are pretty big.

Check out your vaccum pump. If it is going bad, your brake booster won't work properly. I had that problem with my truck and had the vacuum pump replaced. That fixed my problem.
