Shackle Reversal??

Can someone please explain just what the Shackle Reversal is and what it does exactly, an how exactly to go about doing it?? I've got a 96 f-250 single cab and am currently looking to purchase skyjacker 2 1/2" add-a-leafs for all 4 corners, should I do both up front or would that put the front higher than the rear??

If you get a RSK it will raise the front end about 2 1/2 inches, or just about level with the rear of the truck. Google "sky manufacturing" and you will find pics to give you a better idea.
