egt problems .... help?

so i wired in my gauges into my truck yesterday...

the boost works fine, but the egt doesnt.

the egt needle isnt moving at ALL even after an hour of driving.

i check to see if it was getting 12v and it is...

could my probe be bad?

i checked the probe terminals with my meter and it was reading -1.47 on both sides
