Question about 97 250 Suspension lift

I just bought a 97 F250 Powerstroke, Regular cab long box 4x4.
I already converted it to solid axle using the setup from a 97 F350.

That parts done and out of the way, But Im having trouble finding a decent priced lift. I want between 6-10 inches of lift.

Can I use a lift from a 99 up model since they are both leaf spring lifts?

I dont know ANYTHING about a ford truck, I've always had cummins and I'm lost. Thanks
