Block Heater?

New to Diesel. One thing I have noticed is it takes quite a while to get my PS heated up. And I notice a definite difference in power and RPM point when I can hear and feel the turbo kick in. Just wondering if a block heater or fuel warmer would help. I don't have it garaged and it's typically been in the 30-40s here in WA. I do have grill blocks in for the winter.

there ought to be a block heater in it already. check in the bumper holes for the cord. and yea that will help it warm up alot quicker. also there is a fuel heater in the fuel filter housing.
