Just leave the high idle on and put it in drive! JK. Actually you're limited with that year truck on that chip without an injector upgrade. The 75 horse is probably gonna be the most efficient and most powerful, although you might see a little more on the 100. The 140 probably doesn't make any difference at all. I would stick it on the 75 and drive.

i usually run the 75hp setting, shifts nice and drives smooth vs. stock.
just started running on the 40 to see how it does, compares with the 75, just alittle less punch.
i went back to stock setting a few days ago, man what a differance. feels super slow. i drive conservativly, usually light on the pedal, but the truck drives alot better when not at the factory setting.

oh, fogot the part on the mpgs. when running the 75 setting and using a cetane booster i get about 1.5 better than stock setting and no treatment. ive ran various tests and keep good records of mpgs ( not that i care about mpgs, just more for cureosity) and thats the best combo i could come up with driving on the highway.
mph will also be a big factor, most of mine were going 65-70. the faster you go, the more air the truck has to move, so you will see a drop there.
