35+ PSI Stock Turbo... TOASTED!!!

i finnally blew my stock turbo up, or so i think. i went to a sled pull down here in fla and while i was pullin i could never get it to go over 33 PSI and usually when i am pullin, my 35PSI gauge never gets to come off the needle untill i let off. when i got done pullin and was waiting in line to pull again i revved it up a little and it sounded like skreechin metal to metal. and today i went and ran it hard down the road and before i messed the turbo up i could peg the needle out at 35+ PSI at about 65 or 70 MPH and this time it went to 80 and about 30 PSI and started surging and going from 35 to about 28 PSI. im thinkin the thrust washer is out of it but i have no idea... im tryin to get a turbo off of a like 99-03 diesel van, does anyone know if a van turbo will fit on the OBS trucks and if they have an intercooler on them that i can use as well.

no intercooler on the vans. Not sure about the turbo being a direct bolt up either. Good luck, sorry bout the bad news.
