Front tow hook ideas?

What have you guys done for this problem, any ideas? pics would be help a lot. thanks

i got some regular recovery hooks... square with holes on one side and then bends down into a hook so you can drill and mount it to the bottom of the frame rail

what are the specs on that bar that the shackle is mounted on?

how thick are the walls of that square tubing?.

I can't remember much on the specs of them, I believe 1" thick and 7 1/4" long. They are definitely a proven setup and widely used on FSB.
