Bought mine two weeks ago for $700 + my stock axle setup. I also got the F-350 springs that I won't be using since I went straight to lift springs. Your best bet is to find one from a private seller

I have a ball joint Dana 60 Front from a 1997 F350, complete from hub to hub with all accessories(Ubolts, and plates, Brakelines, tie rods, sway bar and driveline) I pulled mine out cause I put in a Dana70Front dually with a Dana 80 Rear Dually, so there is nothing wrong with mine. 3.54 gears, Open diff, completely stock from a California Powerstroke.
Located in Central CA (fresno) Asking $1200 for it complete and I can included a Sterling matching rear axle for another $100
Feel free to contact me at: BBrianR@yahoo.com

Thanks
Brian

I found the Dana 70 front in a wrecking yard, under a 1995 4x4 FSuperduty tow truck. 10 Lug, Large Disk brakes, all Dana 70 Front parts(ie 35 spline outer shafts, larger tubes than the Dana 60, bigger knuckles). It is cast 70F and was definitely a front axle, but I believe that the center section came from a older dodge, that someone re-tubed it, and make it a drivers drop and set it up for OBS ford.
The rear is a Dana 80 from a 1996 FSuperDuty with 10 lug and disk brakes. I pulled out the 5.13 gears in both and dropped in 3.73 with lockers.
