Speedo Calibration Question.

Ok. I have a 97' PSD F250

Was doing a little research for a future project of mine(17x9" wheels on 35s). And came accross the process for resetting the speedo. In the walkthrough it says that a 16" wheel you multiply your revolutions per mile by .015... Where does the .015 number come from?

I noticed in the example it shows a 15" wheel at .0135.. Would that put a 17" at .0165?

If anyone has any more insite on where the multiplying factor comes from could you chime in.

Thanks all,
Charlie
