i replaced all of the lines in my truck, they just rusted out, luckily nothing else did. its really easy, bleed all the fluid out through the caliper bleed valve, disconnect lines, connect new lines, fill teh brake fluid with new fresh fluid, then bleed the air out.
You can but a line bender at auto zone and a flaring tool to make custom line lengths, its not to bad of a job. If rust was your problem, i would throw a light coat of cheap spray paint or bedline over the new lines also. |
