i want dark black heavy smoke

i want my truck to smoke a draker heavier black smoke what else can i do to it with out spending a lot of money i am getting it lifted in two weeks and id like to have most of the work done on i befor i do the lift.... any tricks or tips

not much more you can do other then bigger injectors.you already have a chip.a cutom tuned chip programmed for smoke might help a bit more but obs trucks just dont smoke much.the only way to go is to upgrade injectors.

ok i was looking at injectors but they are a bit salty if you know what i mean would you know if i would be able to stack chips in my truck...

no stacking.obs injectors are only good for an additional 70hp maybe.these injectors just cant roll coal like the newer ones.if you see an obs puttin out alot of smoke,it most likely has atleast stg 1 injectors.its the only option other then buying a 12v cummins and turning up the pump.dont get cheaper then that.

no you can not stack chips in our trucks.

ok thanks.. but if i where to dump 3000 bucks on the top of the line injectors ill be dumping a dark cloud ..im mean my truck smokes but not for long and its not real heavy black

All you will acomplish doing that is just wasting fuel, pissing off everytone and hurting the diesel community. Want to make HP great but leave the smoke at the pulls.

well if there is no need to do that at all. IF you got injectors like that you would have to buy so many supporting mods it would even be funny.

well... there is also:

17* HPOP
Stage II or Stage III injectors
Better fuel pump (electric)

but at that point youll need a new turbo, i fear EGT will be high or your turbo will go suicidal with that setup. and that setup without labor. and the HPOP is some major work as well.
