Picked up a 96 today

As the title says I swapped my 92 coupe for a 96 F250 4X4 Diesel today. Has a rebuilt motor with 85k on it, a new tranny with 25k and upgraded TQ, rebuilt injectors, new injection pump, new water pump and a couple other things. Also has some mickey thompson classic twos but they have some pitting. Gonna try to clean it up a big with some mag polish

The bad is that the interior has not been taken good care of. I planned on putting down a vinyl floor mat so thats no big deal. However, the door panels are all cracked up and the previous owner traded the captains chairs for a standard bench seat. So I have to find some door panels and two captains chairs. Gonna put a 08 console it in (Chuck yours looks great)

Also the truck came with two beds. A big flat bed with toolboxes all along both sides and a headache rack which has got to go. Seems to be made out of 1/8 steel. The original bed has a big dent in the passenger side right before the tire. If it is salvageable im ok but if not I need to find a bed.

I can't post any pics up because of this slow internet connection unless someone will let me email them to them.

Yea I don't like the bed. I don't think it would look bad a on dually but definitely not on my truck

On that note. Anyone want a flat bed?

Good chance I know his family. Looks like a fun project. We need to get back together on the AMSOIL thing.
