Turn Signal Issue
I have a '96 F-350, Crew cab, long bed, manual tranny, 123K miles, diesel, tow package. I put my trailer plug in the wrong way and popped my turn signal fuse in the cab. After replacing the fuse, my right rear turn signal does not work. I replaced the bulb, replaced the fuse, replaced the blinker relay, and traced the wire with a voltage tester all the way into the cab without seeing any power to the wire. My hazard lights work fine, and all other inputs work fine off the multi-function switch. The only thing I haven't replaced is the multi-function switch because it's expensive. Anyone have any other ideas on what it could be, or how I could test for the problem other than replacing my MF switch?

Forgot to mention that my brake lights work normal. The only thing missing is my right rear turn signal.

Is it the signal on the truck or the trailer that's out? There are additional fuses in the underhood power box for trailer signals.

It's the signal on the truck. I've checked the power box fuses on the driver's side mounted on the fender well, too. Everything in tact. I'm really stumped.

Doesn't sound good. If the lamp works on brake and hazard, the MF switch must be at fault. I've heard of guys disassembling and cleaning the switch, but it seems risky that something will break or go flying. If you can, try to get a cheapy switch from a wrecker and see if it cures the issue.
