1997 Crew Cab 2WD, Good deal?

I was on my way home from work today and spotted another powerstroke. Its a 1997 Crew, XLT, 2WD. Overall the body was in good shape, interior was as well, started right up, drove good, everything seemed solid, no smoke, all original.

I'm not a big fan of the color red, but the truck is what I am looking for. It had 243,000 miles but felt solid. Tires were good, brakes, everything checked out.

I was able to get the guy to $6000. It is a clean truck.

Thoughts on price etc?

It looked pretty clean. It just seems tough to find Crew Cab short bed OBS, especially ones that are clean.

For what its worth, I did get it. I haven't picked it up yet, but I will try and post some pictures once I get it. Its exactly what I was looking for, clean, so just couldn't pass it up. I just want to get some 265/75 tires for it and get rid of the bicylce stockies that are on them now.
