what is it worth?

Not sure if I am putting this in the right place but here it goes...

1997 F350 crew cab PSD, auto, 4x4, 171k miles, dents and scratches everywhere, no back seat, back glass scratched, tail gate and hood are off another truck, no major rust, and interior is cracked and needs new door panels and window buttons. It needs a starter and possibly a flywheel. Drove good and trans shifted smooth.

Thanks in advance.

I wouldant go no more then 3000 for that.the 5500 wouldant be bad if it was fixed. by the time you fix the flywheel and or starter and there allways stuff that needs done your 3000 could turn in to 5500 quick.also thr rear seat is a few hundred bucks

Around the Twin Cities where I live I've seen (in slightly better shape) them go for around $5,000. I'd say go for $4,000 - $4,500.
