On some trucks it is hard to feel the 10K. If you have a lower resistance try one and see if can feel it. With the 10k though you should have a more responsive throttle pedal more then anything.
Please dis-regard my original post as I went back outside and wired the resistor inline with connectors. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! Tons of black smoke, winds up quicker, (more throttle response) and WAY more power. Only thing now is. It idles really rough. Sounds like T.F funny car lope. Idles at around 900RPM super lopey.. And when I come to a stop sign it wants to die. Any recommendations?
