well, your going to need the trac bar and trac bar bracket, and the plate that goes under the axle tube on the driver's side the u-bolts go through to get started. since its out of a '90 model, it should have the old style brake calipers. Since it came out of another truck, when swapping it under your truck, that would be the best time to pull it apart and re-pack the wheel bearings and check the kingpins and u-joints. If you are going to do that, thats the ideal time to pull your ifs dana 50 rotors off and swap the brake caliper brackets out so you can use the new style brake calipers. Besides all that, it will just bolt in if you have the bar and bracket and the axle tube bracket and hardware. I helded swap in a dana 60 under my father's 94 f-250 and it took us about 3 hours. We used a 3/4 inch drive ratchet with a 4 foot handle to take the nuts off the u-bolts, we found that to be the easiest way since our 1/2 inch impact wouldn't budge em. Be sure to also make sure the gear ratio in the 60 front matches the gear ratio in the rear. Good luck.
