Exhaust brake sound
sometimes when i start my truck up it starts up and sounds normal for about 3 seconds then there is this wooshing sound that sounds like an exhaust brake, and like and when i rev it quick i hear all the pressure releasing like an exhaust brake but then the sound comes right back, it does this for about 10-20 min about the time it takes the truck to warm up, it usaully only happens when the truck gets wet like if i wash it or it rains, im pretty sure its the EBPV what could be causing the EBPV to be doing this?
