Hello my neighbor is selling his 1995 7.3L PSD 5spd, trailer brake, he said it was a new engine...? What should he be selling this for???

mine is a 96 F250 ext cab LB 4x4. when i bought it, it had 46k miles. i dropped $18,500 to get it.
trying going to kelly blue book to find out specificly on this one. that rig looks sharply by the way.
