I just had a thread on this.
I am doing this now and will post pics once done.
I have a set of 11,000 mile springs from an 05' that are going in my 96'
The front bolt on the 05's are m18 10.9. Get them from ford $15 ea
The rear is m16 or just use 5/8"GR 8
I measured the distance between eyes unsprung and they are within 1.5"
The front mount hole will need to be enlarged.

why would you put F250 SD springs on a '96 F350? I would understand if they were F350 springs.. im not trying to be rude, im just asking.

there the sd trucks springs are a little more beefier at stock. i also heard it gives a little lift enough to level the truck, i could be wrong but i think i read that somewhere.

To install SD springs on a D60 OBS you need a RS kit and front 99-04 V codes, or U, W or X. Rears bolt up, B codes from 99-04, F codes 05-07. Cannot use '05 up fronts as they are coils..unless you use the SD axles and coil buckets and radius arms. I installed '08 frt and rear axles and front suspension in to my '95.

If anyone needs help with this mod PM me , I have helped hundreds since I developed this mod 8 years ago.
