Exhaust backpressure reading

Hey Havnt been around for a while. I pulled the edge out from behind the seat today wanted to mess with it a bit. My truck is very underpowered dude to the leaky donut gaskets I belive.... So i was wondering what are other trucks reading for the pre turbo exh backpressure. I am hoping that this will give me a good idea as to how much boost ,ruffy, I am loosing by leaky pipes. I drove around the block, tryed to run the truck hard and the best i could come up with was 23 but that was really waiting to shift & high rmps. Let me know if you have any insight on this issuse. Also I met a guy in homedepot parking lot the other day ,same year make and model to the tee thats not common around my parts so i was super excited .. we got talking and he said to replace the donuts with chevy small block ones allot thicker and the same thing, So better seal. Ill take a look at that when i get it appart... also he said they are about 1/2 the price than ford oem thansk guys
