Chattering from turbo?

When I am under a load and have my foot on it, Around 24psi boost I begin to hear a chattering sound. Sounds like it is coming from turbo. My tuner is in the 80 or 120 setting. Does any one know what this sound is? Is this normal I here it more when I have my waste gate disconnected. If not normal what do I need to do to fix it. See signature for mods. Thanks Mike

mike you may want to move this upstairs and ask the SD guys.you truck has a diffent setup than us down here.with that said.pull the intake off of the turbo and look at the fins and pull on the wheel.if it moves back and forth thats not real good.spin it and pull on it at the sametime to see if it rubs the housing.i don't know anything about the wastgated turbo's i never had one.but if it is rubbibing then it's time for a new turbo.sorry

It may be turbo surge.

tubz Yeah I made a mistake when I put it here. Didn't see it upstairs and wondered what happened have since moved it. Thanks for the info I'll check it out. Yeah turbo surge is what I'm hearing up there also.
