ZX5 Swap
Hey guys I have a 97 F250 4x4 with an E4OD that is about shot and I would like to swap to a manual, I want to know your opinions whether or not its logical to do and possibly a list of parts I would need to do so, thanks.

Its possible, but you will need to do a lot of parts gathering... or buy a parts truck with everything needed(what I did) The parts you will need...
-transmission -front and rear drivelines(the tranny is shorter so you will need a shorter front and a longer rear) (found them at a local junkyard for $100) -PCM from a manual -master cylinder -slave cylinder -flywheel will need to be changed to manual type -clutch(of course) -pedal assembly -manual transmission wiring harness There may be a few other small parts that I cant think of right now... |

Hey 95dieselsmoke - how does it drive with the transmission swap? Do you have any pics of the interior?
