code readers

i was wondering what people out there are using for code readers. I have a Actron elite auto scanner pro cp9190 will that work on a 95?

if you have a obd plug, try it. i used a actron on my truck and cant get past the fact that it will only read the mph and rpms.

that seems to be what my unit is doing. what do people use for doing buzz tests and reading codes and stuff like that?
