Could my 97 have a 17* HPOP

My truck is a 1997 but the valve cover says its a 225hp unlike most obs are 215hp whats the difference

I dont see how it could be a cali truck cause it was bought new in florida

yeah Im not sure then, but they didnt make any with a 17* from the factory

my truck is also a 225 hp, it was built in SEP 97 f-350 CC 4:10 4x4

my bad maybe the idm creates more volts to the injectors or something
