i have a 95 7.3l and going to be a mud truck. I have been thinking thats i really will not have any use for the over drive and mayb even 3rd gear. so has any1 put a power glide behind a 7.3?? if so do they sell kits or is it more of a custom thing?

i think your best bet would be to use a C-6 from an older 6.9 or 7.3, it would bolt up and they are pretty bullet proof.
