quick question about the obd system.

i'm pretty sure my truck has OBD2 its a 1995 f350.

now i've been looking for the plug. i'm use to it being under the steering wheel on my other trucks. but can't seem to find it on this one. i know this is a dumb question, but can't learn if i don't ask.
