New Valair Clutch

I have a question. I just installed a new Valair HD clutch, clutch master cylinder, slave cylinder, everything to convert from the dual mass to a single mass. The question that I have is that the clutch pedal is super smooth almost feels wrong, I had a bad throw out bearing and I think that I had gotten used to the hard clutch pedal. I was wondering how soft should the clutch pedal be. By the way the Valair clutch is awesome, although at an idle it is kind of noisy, but the guy at Valair said it would be, other than that they are great. I would recommend everyone get rid of the dual mass and convert to the single mass.

I think they all are loud without the dual mass. Something about the dual mass isolating sound. I have a NAPA solid mass and its the same.
