Black Betty had a Hiccup today

The wierdest thing happened to me today. I was going through the base gate and when i got down the road a bit, i was going 30 mph, the truck gave a slight buck and threw a check engine light. I looked at my guages and the injection pressure was 0 psi...i though how can that be the truck is still running...then it jumped back up to 800psi. I few more seconds went by and the light went out. I though huh, thats typical of a Ford...fixes itself. I got to the shop and pulled into my favorite spot right by the plug in for my block heater and it started reving wildly...but no check engine light. I got in it and took it up to redline to try and clear it out i let off the pedal and the truck dropped all the way down to 0 rpms. I got out and plugged it in quick and got back in and started it...started and ran fine. I concluded that it was just a hiccup. So i went home after work and got my code reader...sure as chit...it threw a P1280 ICP circuit error...input low. I cleared them out and it gave me a P1111...all clear. I then proceeded to give her a spanking for being bad...i took it up to 3 grand on a pretty good quality hill and kept it there for the remainder of my drive. She runs great now...purrs like a kitten...but this is why i like fords...they fix themselves and need a spanking every now and then. I just thought i would share this with yall.
