Stacks
I just bought a set of grand rock stacks for my 97 F350. it is a turbo back kit and i was wondering if anyone could tell me how to install them on my truck. and i wanna know if i need to leave the cat on or can i take it off. i am completely clueless at this point so any help will be great!

did you buy just stacks or a full kit?, cat back kit?

depends on your state emmisions laws, and if anyone will inspect it. My truck is straight piped out the stacks. No emissions laws for the light duty diesel....till 04?. I think.

have you done a goggle search for the diagram? I'll take some pics of my install...but it'll be late tommrow afternoon.
For the pipe and the Y pipe hole in the bed, cut it oval shaped.....be sure you get the y pipe measured and centered b4 you drill any holes for the stack supports. Actually its the lenth of the y pipe....the hole in the bed will be off center, but you want your stacks to have the equal distance between them and the edge of the inner bed rail. |

is there a clamp on both ends of the flex pip? did u do turbo back and if so can u get some pics of that?
